Welcome to Seacoast Wellness Center
The Seacoast Wellness Center is a community center open to all. Our mission is to bring people together in the spirit of togetherness, understanding, awareness, and healing. Our common culture has fostered individualism to such an extent that it has created an epidemic of isolation. For healing to occur we need to undo our isolation and to reestablish our feelings of connectedness, trust, and of space and light.
Our offerings are geared to facilitate deep healing, physically and spiritually, in both the individual and the community. These offerings include:
Meditation and Mindfulness offered mornings and evenings
A community acupuncture clinic allowing low cost health care
Other healing modalities, such as Reiki
Classes and workshops offered evenings and weekend on a variety of topics
Join us anytime for these offerings, or just to enjoy the Centre or for a cup of tea. We welcome everyone and hope you will find a sense of wellbeing here and in the world.
